Payment Installments- We do take ShopPay and AfterPay if you are interested in payment installments. Using ShopPay or AfterPay will not delay the shipping time. Shipping- Our shipping times vary depending on the item. Most of our products are processed and shipped within 2 business days. The Shipping time for these items are 3-4 business days after processing. Due to the nature of their manufacturing certain collections and customized items can take 3-5 days for production and 3-4 days for shipping time. We can also overnight items in certain cases to meet our clients requests. Materials- We only work with precious metals because we want our customer to be satisfied for a lifetime. We provide the best Italian silver as well as 10K, 14K, and 18K gold by request. Each item is manufactured to the highest quality specifications and made to exceed the expectations of our customers. Cleaning & Maintenance- In order to maintain the quality and look of the items we recommend that you keep the items dry at all times. Avoid exposing the jewelry to colognes, perfumes, and any chemicals. When not in use it is encouraged to keep the jewelry in a pouch or other protected area. We suggest your jewelry be cleaned by a professional jeweler. Typically you can find local jewelers that will clean your item for a minimal cost. 

Returns- We source the best products to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase. Due to the nature of online shopping we understand that some customers may not be satisfied. In the event that you are not completely satisfied you have 7 days to return the item and get a full refund.
